If you have a digital camera, 8 megapixels or better, a tripod, a reliable car and a mobile phone... you could be earning $300 a weekend to as much as $4,000 a month by taking virtual tours for Bank Foreclosures (REOs), For Sale By Owner (FSBOs) and for residential and commercial estate agents in your own hometown.

Voyager International is an 11 year old company that today, remains privately held and is valued at $3 million dollars. We've survived the death of many firms larger than us including iPIX and others. Our MLS appliance servers are the first ones to go International and estate agents and private home owners need to market their listings on line.

Voyager is opening up a new Kayyah server in each state beginning 1 January 2009 which will be managed by a local Voyager area or state franchise and backed by a small group of residential or commercial real estate brokers.

Once your panoramic tours are photographed and processed, you will log into a web-based control panel over the Internet to post them. The Kayyah back office automatically generates branded and un-branded tour links. Once uploaded, you simply Email the links to the customer.

COMPENSATION
You will be paid a minimum of $80 for average listings and for luxury listings, your compensation starts at $150 per listing. You are paid on the 1st and 15th calendar days of every month.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
- Macintosh Preferred, but Windows PC / Windows XP or VISTA is okay
- PC configuration of 2 Gig RAM, CD-ROM drive and 500 gig hard drive or better
- AutoDesk Stitcher 5.7
- Adobe Photoshop CS or CS2
- Digital SLR Camera: Canon EOS or Nikon D50, D60 or D80 or above
- Sigma 8mm lens or Nikon Nikor 10.5mm lens
- Detachable TTL flash/strobe unit with diffuser. Prefer the Nikon Speedlite.
- Panoramic head to shoot 360 X 360 or 360 X 180 panoramic scenes
- Professional tripod
- Your own form of reliable transportation
- A mobile phone
- A Gmail email address (if you do not have one, it will be provided to you free)
- Ability to meet client at property within 48 hours of notification
- Bilingual English - Spanish skills are a nice to have, but not mandatory.
