Voyager International is seeking qualified digital photographers to help us with a huge demand in shooting Bank Owned properties and Real Estate Owned Properties (REOs) and For Sale By Owner (FSBO) Properties.

Banks right now send out a custodian who drives by a Bank Owned home in a car. They LEAN out the window and snap a single photo of the home.

This is no way to market and sell any real estate.

This is where you come in.

Next time home buyers want more photos before they schedule a showing of the property. The banks know this, but unlike REALTORS, they are clueless when it comes to shooting their own homes or finding where to get a certified 360 photographer. Next time home buyers want to see a video or at least a few 360 virtual tours of the inside of these homes.

You not only provide the valuable 360 photography services, -- you also offer the banks and the FSBO's a place to market their listings on line at Kayyah.

Kayyah is now page one #2 on Google when you search for: international MLS.

Working part time, you can make $2,000 a month. Here's what you earn per home.

FSBO's. You make $400 per house.
Bank Owned Homes. You make $150 per home.

To qualify, you must have your own Computer. Macintosh preferred but a graphically super charged PC will do fine.

You need AutoDesk stitcher software.

You need a tripod, a 4-shot or 3-shot rotator and a digital camera equipped with a FishEye lens. Preferably a nikon or Canon Digital SLR with a Sigma 8mm lens.

Voyager will provide you with your own log in account on Kayyah including access to Realtor dot com. If you do not have some or all of the equipment required, we can arrange for you to get them from Voyager. We have new and used equipment ready to ship.

We are seeking 2 to 4 photographers to help us cover all 900 MLS major markets in the United States. Protected territories are available and a lot of GOOD territories are still available.

2.) What kind of make and model digital cameras do you have experience with?

3.) Have you ever used AutoDesk Stitcher or iPIX Interactive Studio Software?

6.) Can you devote 2 - 3 weeks by mailing out post cards (we will provide them to you along with postage) to send out to Banks and home owners and to REALTORs in your area to get things started -- promote awareness of your services?
