I'm looking for a professional salesperson that knows how to hunt. I've been lucky that the majority of work that I book has an extremely short sales cycle. Often the cycle runs like this: One or two phone calls, one meeting where business gets booked, and the the shoot. Timelimes are typically quick - many clients want the job shot in the next week or two.
Our main areas are:
Architecture: Interiors, exteriors, aerials, and 360° panoramas. We service real estate agents, builders, architects, and designers.
Food: We provide studio lighting at the client's location - even events. We service restaurants, caterers, food service companies, and private chefs.
Portraits: Mostly business portraits (headshots) then professional image packages, corporate events, and some family and pet portraits.
Target Markets: Boston and NYC.
I make sure that the studio produces images that are of exacting quality and pack an emotional punch.
The right candidate will be able to call a target client, get an appointment, and close the business.
Commercial shoots are typically in the range of $1,500 to $10,000.
