Description:

Royal Photographics, Inc. is a school portrait photography firm located in Bethlehem, PA is looking for temporary seasonal and year-round help for our fast paced office and digital image processing environment. You must be available Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM when needed.

DUTIES MAY CONSIT OF
Downloading images from flash memory cards
Edit, crop and title digital images
Uploading images to our photo lab vendors via the internet
Digital retouching and image manipulation
Burn images to CD-R and DVD disks
Graphic design for company marketing materials
Process incoming & outgoing portrait orders in a timely manner
Telephone customer service and support
Data entry
Accurately completing bank deposits
Opening mail
Answering the incoming phone calls to the office and routing them appropriately when necessary
Retrieving phone messages and returning any phone calls that are left in our voice mail system

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Be neat in appearance, positive and professional at all times.
Have excellent computer skills to produce reports and documents as needed.
Have the ability to provide excellent, friendly customer service.
Be dependable, organized and self-disciplined.
Have a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy is important as well as a willingness to learn.
Have good verbal and written communication skills, organizational and multi-tasking because this position involves coordinating efforts between our vendors, photography and office staff, as well as current and prospective clients.
Extra consideration will be given to candidates with Photoshop experience and strong computer related digital imaging skills.
