Per Diem make up artists needed for Port Orange Florida.
Requirements: Professional appearance, Professional makeup training/work experience. Must have a clean/ full kit (we love you to use MAC and you can mix it with others as well).
You will need to be able to do makeup and basic hair. This is your opportunity to showcase your creative edge with an award winning Photographer whom is featured in UNESCO. This is a husband and wife family operated business catering to high end clients as well as commercial clients. We have an awesome working environment. You must follow rules of conduct at all times. This includes having a working cell phone and email that you check all the time. This is important for us to reach you as jobs become available as we go down a list of artists you have a 2 hr window to get back in touch with us before we call the next artist.
Your response time and your overall work ethic will determine your placing for call backs for future work. You upsell the client by helping as you paint them and style their hair and the sale is higher as a result of that, then we always bonus you accordingly. We also offer a commission based program for refering us clients.
You are paid per the job on makeup the following Wednesdays weekly.

Please note most shoots are 12 noon M-F Other evening shoots are 4 or 5 p.m. and you are required to be there setting up 1/2 hr prior. Some events we are traveling and only the best of our artists are called out to do these. Lateness and calling out sick/fake food posioning stuff is not tolerated you will be let go/told to go home and when your phone doesn't ring you were replaced.
This is a business we all want to make money and you are an artist and should act like a respectable adult when given a job to do= we are fun but serious!!!
