Description:

Establish, develop and ultimately refine the relationships with photo center, store management and district level personnel. Research, define and communicate the demographic and lifestyle factors for the surrounding communities for each store.
Participate during initial deployment and training of all store and district personnel. Continue ongoing training of all store and district retail personnel as indicated and measure results to goal
Place, maintain and revise in-store consumer merchandising and sample displays as needed or scheduled
Identify, approach, qualify, conduct demonstration for and close HP RPS sales with retail consumers.
Identify, approach, qualify, conduct presentation for and close HP RPS sales with commercial business customers
Closely monitor detailed sales performance in each store to create store ranking and bestseller lists by store
Conduct assisted selling & demonstration events in-store and model store staff behavior
Communicate challenges, opportunities, and sales successes
Provide continuous feedback for program development, best practices and increased sales
Participate in the creation of sales goals and execute at retail to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
Participate in special events and community outreach partnerships to drive additional retail sales into stores
Complete reports and client documents as defined by managers by specified deadline
Achieve status as the HP market expert for both Walgreens and HP ? the local ?face? of HP RPS
