Description:Overview:Part-time virtual tour photographer/floor plan technician needed for real-estate related assignments within a 30-mile radius of Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Working hours are flexible; however, assignments will need to be scheduled within 24 hours of notification and completed shortly thereafter. Assignments are typically scheduled Monday through Friday during daylight hours. This is a contract position, and reimbursements begin at $35 per photography assignment, and begin at $75 per floor plan assignment. Pay can be much higher. Personal Requirements: --Reliable --Outgoing --Patient --Self-Starter --Conservative in appearance --Excellent English communication skills are imperative --Drafting and/or CAD experience --Digital photography and Photoshop experience helpful Equipment/Training: Equipment needs will be discussed and negotiated. Training and tech support will be provided.
