Description:

FUJIFILM Hunt Chemicals U.S.A, Inc., a recognized leader in the manufacture of photographic/graphic arts chemicals, is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator. Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, a successful candidate will provide online photographic mini-lab monitoring and telephone support to photographic customers in remote monitored locations.


To be considered for this position:
Candidates must have prior experience working in a photographic mini-lab or have a background in the field of photography.
The ability to communicate and resolve photo performance related issues at customer locations.
Create and issue monthly exception reports to monitored customers.
Coordinate the field technical efforts to ensure proper on-site product support as required.
Provide the highest quality of customer satisfaction.



The following are the essential functions of this position:



Excellent communication skills, good working knowledge of computers and software, and exceptional investigative and problem solving skills are all important.

This position requires the availability to work some routine weekends and evening hours
The ability to speak and understand multiple languages is highly desirable, bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not necessary.

Only those who have fundamental knowledge of the photographic process, chemical mixing or quality control experience need apply.
