Description:Key responsibilities:' Coordinating all aspects of photo shoot planning: research and secure locations; identify models and coordinate castings; identify and hire vendors including negotiating rates (photographers, assistants, models, producers, stylists, teachers, craft services, floral, transportation, specialty vendors, etc); develop and manage the shoot schedule; arrange travel. ' Compile shot list with input from Art Directors. Verify that shots are executed. ' Research and evaluate new vendors with input from creative and production partners. ' Support maintenance of internal studio as requested by the Photography Manager. ' Quickly react to issues on the shoot. ' Supervise the Sr. Photography Assistant. Requirements include: ' Associates degree or equivalent formal training program ' 3 or more years planning/scheduling and negotiating experience in marketing, advertising, and/or photography ' Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint ' Strong organizational, communication, multi-tasking, time and deadline management, negotiation and administrative skills.
