Photography Team Training and Operations Manager

Your Role… Instruct and coach field photographers, portrait consultants and photography sales specialists in methodology needed to create high quality portraiture. Primary Responsibilities: Training Deliver photography training in classroom and “on the job" settings. Maintain a professional and trained staff through performance and career development programs. Establish performance standards focused on key performance indicators and effective work habits. Deliver photography training in classroom and “on the job" settings. Operations support Perform necessary administrative duties, sales forecasting, and quality assurance reporting. Provide high customer service levels to meet the needs of the customer and guests. Develop photography performance in assigned areas Attain performance requirements focused on key performance indicators and operating revenue. Ensure photography quality standards are met or exceeded. Document and communicate performance issues. Provide support, guidance and instruction to field photographers and sales staff. Job Requirements Four-year degree with major in Business Administration/or equivalent experience. At least five (5) years’ experience in Sales, Photo or General Management. At least two (2) years’ proven experience training new hires. Strong team building, communication, problem solving persuasiveness, leadership, motivation abilities and knowledge of the photographic industry desirable. Ability to multi-task effectively.
