Real Estate Videographer/Editor " Boston, Massachusetts

Home View, LLC. is the Nation’s leading real estate video tour and photography provider. We are currently seeking experienced freelance videographers in the Boston, Massachusetts and surrounding areas. Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel at least 20 miles outside your hometown.

Most jobs typically last between 30-45 minutes and include very detailed shot lists, no more than 10-15 shots. We also try to schedule multiple shoots for the same day if and when possible. Once shooting is complete we expect a final edited version uploaded to our servers within 24-48 hours after the shoot. We have very detailed shooting and editing guidelines which makes the entire process run fast and smooth for both you the videographer and the clients.

To be considered, you will need to have a 3 Chip DV or HDV Prosumer or better camera, fluid head tripod, video editing equipment (Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Vegas Video, Avid or comparable). You must be able to export a high quality web version in flash and QuickTime. You must have high-speed internet and the ability to upload large files to our server.

Wireless microphones, lights, Digital SLR still camera and portable green screen capabilities are all a BIG plus!
