We are seeking applicants for our Training and Sales Specialist position in Charlotte, NC! This is a full time position that includes benefits and GREAT pay!

Our Training and Sales Specialist will increase sales by training store personnel and conducting demonstration to assist customers with their creative photo needs!

Requirements:
Our Training and Sales Specialist will …
• Have a passion for photography, sharing tips and encouraging customers to use creative photo techniques
• Have retail savvy that is demonstrated by reporting sales successes!
• Be a forward thinker and problem solver going above and beyond the request of the client or retailer!
• Be a self starter and able to schedule time effectively!
• Train retail staff on products, equipment, sales skills, promotions and more!
• Present products at formal and informal events!
• Promote brand awareness with enthusiasm to consumers and sales staff
• Be able to effectively present to large and small groups
• Drive to several stores that will be under your responsibility
• Be available to work weekends and evenings
• As part of our interview process, you will have an opportunity to showcase your sales techniques by preparing a 30-60 second video presentation.
