Rental Technical Consultant

Duties and Responsibilities
Prep orders and pull equipment for client check-outs.
Assist clients with check-outs in a professional and friendly manner.
Troubleshoot issues with equipment during client check-outs.
Check-in returned equipment
Maintain quality control standards for cinema cameras, lenses, support, grip/electric.
Maintain a clean and professional work environment.

Qualifications
2-3 years of on-set camera assisting or equivalent camera rental house experience
Ability to calmly troubleshoot multiple issues in high stress, time sensitive situations.
Diligent attention to detail
Resourceful problem solver
Impeccable organization skills
Punctual
Must have at least 1 year film/studio experience or camera house experience, be self-motivated, willing to do manual labor, and have a very positive attitude towards both clients and coworkers, and be able to lift and carry 35-75 lbs.

Film school experience preferred but not required.
